We are Otis Bell, RAc and Cedar Walton, queer and trans artists and partners in life and business, offering intuitive bodywork sessions and holding healing space
as a team. 

We prefer to work in tandem doing extraordinary two-person intuitive massage,  supported by stretching, intuitive readings, and acupuncture for unique thorough treatments that weave together the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. 

Holistic healthcare works best with ongoing treatments having accumulative effects and diverse approach. 

We help design a healthcare plan that meets your health goals within your budget so you can access ongoing preventative natural medicine.

Cedar Walton (they/them)

Intuitive Artist and Bodyworker, exceptionally gifted at healing massage, effective somatic release, relational touch, consent practice, embodied assisted movement and stretching, supportive guided release. 


Otis Bell, RAc (he/they)

Registered Acupuncturist and practitioner, with a history of fifteen years of practice in natural medicines such as intuitive therapeutic bodywork,  Astrology and Intuitive readings, herbalism, Psych K, and  Medical Qi Gong.
Massage for me is influenced by my trainings in myofascial release,Trigger Point Therapy, Lomi Lomi massage,
Jin Shin Do, and Swedish deep tissue massage.

I have held private practice as a queer and trans practitioner for fifteen years in private practice as well worked a season as a staff at Hollyhock Retreat Centre on Cortes Island, BC.

I am a life-long and intergenerational descendant of organic gardening, holistic medicine, permaculturist, farmer and ethnobotanist lineages residing in Duwamish and Suquamish lands known as Seattle,  and Nisqually lands, known as Olympia, Washington; and Tsawout and Tsartlip lands in Saanichton, British Columbia.  Our practice is now in Esquimalt and Songees lands in Victoria, BC.
My ancestral lineages are Christian, Quaker, Druid, Celtic, Nordic, coastal peoples of Western and Northern shores of continents north of the equator, shoreline people who healed between the worlds and at shorelines. 
My work is a living ancestral shrine of practices that revive and connect us to our ancestral cultures. 
I work as a medium and intuitive with healing the whole person as a vessel of lineage healing, and work with guidance of ancestors as is the culture and practice of natural traditional medicines.
I honor the lineages of the medicines that culminate in my medicine practice that come from the Eurasian continent and weave a complete toolkit to hold a transformative healing process for body, mind, and spirit.
This is an important part of receiving ancestral gifts, is to practice their healing gifts.  We work to heal our ancestors with the spirits of this land as we are held by its breath.  
In somatic experience, we transform with ancestors, bodies, souls, and land.
